Being ‘an unbalanced force’ is good for business!

‘An object at rest will remain at rest unless acted on by an unbalanced force.’ – Newtons First Law of Motion, The Law of Inertia.

We all know that business improvements can be made to our processes, be that how we manage an HR record or how we compliantly process a nurses HR record between job moves, or something as simple as storing maintenance records or archive medical records or how a task or purchase invoice is processed across a team of people.

One thing is for certain. If we do nothing, then nothing will change or improve. That ‘unbalanced force’ Newton talked about needs be you. That is the only way that improvements to how efficiently we work, how effective our department is, and how enjoyable peoples jobs are, will come about.

So see further, stand on Newtons shoulders and improve.
