TCO & ROI are VIP’s!….

Very Important Points..I know, sorry. We have just had a very interesting case whereby the TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) had been completely forgotten within the purchasing equation for a Work Flow and document management (approval) system. It does make one wonder sometimes, but it was very interesting comparing 3 other EDM/DM systems (for Higher Education), as the other maintenance and ongoing licensing costs were ridiculous over the 10 year life of the system. InfoRouter wins again, hands down, and delivered a lower IT investment time/cost by 45%, as well as only 20% of the average training costs of the other systems. If the TCO goes down, then your ROI (Return on Investment) goes up.
